aireg strongly positioned for the future

On November 28, 2018, the 15th General Assembly of the aireg e.V. confirmed Siegfried Knecht (Chairman of the Board), Dr. Joachim Buse (Deputy Chairman of the Board) and Prof. Dr. Manfred Aigner (President representing science and research) in office for a period of another two years.

In the future, Kay Kratky, who most recently served as CEO of Austrian Airlines and has 40 years of experience in the Lufthansa Group, will represent the industry and aviation as President of the aireg Executive Board.

Melanie Form, who has already temporarily taken over the management of the office, will in future take over the management of the office in addition to her position as Head of Political & Public Affairs as a member of the Executive Board.
