Lukas Rohleder joins the aireg team
As of now, assistant to the board, Lukas Rohleder, will be coordinating the work of aireg in the office of the newly-founded initiative in Berlin. The 29-year-old lawyer was formerly a scientific assistant in the German Bundestag office of Federal Minister Dr. Wolfgang Schäuble and, in future, he will be in charge of the political communication and public relations work of aireg.
The chairman of the board of aireg, Siegfried Knecht, commented: “We are delighted to have Mr Rohleder come on board. With his experience in Berlin’s political arena and his knowledge of energy-related issues, he will bring aireg quickly into the public awareness. We see a great deal of potential in aireg for driving forward the further development of alternative energies for the generation of aviation fuel. Mr Rohleder will play a vital role in politics and the media to achieve our aspiration to become the German centre of excellence for biofuels in aviation.“
