Chairman of the Board & Member of the Board

| Why do we need to talk about SAF?

Aviation is a growth industry. In the coming years and decades, even higher numbers of fellow human beings will globally use aircrafts as comfortable and eco-efficient means of transport and travel. Given climatic and environmental challenges as well as the finite nature of fossil energy sources, air traffic is tasked to find alternatives to the currently used fossil-based kerosene. Besides technological advancements Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) will play a major, if not the key role, not only to substitute kerosene but to lead global aviation to a climate-neutral future towards the “Net Zero” goal in 2050. Reason enough to come together to elaborate, talk and discuss about SAF.

Therefore, aireg kindly invites you to gather with us and our 50 members for the “aireg Sustainable Aviation Fuels Conference 2023“.
