Conditions of participation

§ 1 Registration

Due to the limited number of participants, we kindly ask you to register early. There is no right to participate in case of overbooking. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. The deadline for registration is May 30^th, 2025. If registrations are received at a later date, access to the event may no longer be guaranteed.

§ 2 Services

The participation fee is per person and event. It includes conference documents, 1 x lunch, 1 x dinner, all drinks and snacks during breaks and lectures. Payment is due without deduction upon receipt of invoice. Any accommodation services and travel expenses are not included in the event fee.

§ 3 Participant fee

The participant fee is:

Regular Ticket: 490 € net

Member Ticket*: 290 € net

Student Ticket: 100 € net

Early Bird Ticket: 390 € net

All prices are net prices; additionally, 19% VAT are charged.

*The reduced price of the Member Ticket is available only for employees of aireg members.

§ 4 Payment

Payment must be made immediately and without deduction.

§ 5 Cancellation

For organizational reasons, cancellation is not possible. Nevertheless, we will gladly accept the nomination of a substitute participant at no additional cost.

§ 6 Data protection

Your data will not be passed on to third parties. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy statement.

 § 7 Information on photography, audio and filming

The participants agree that during the “aireg Biennial SAF Conference 2025” on 23 and 24 June 2025, photographs, audio and video recordings may be made. If a participant does not wish to be recorded, he/she must declare this in writing before the start of the event. Photographs, audio recordings and films may be used by the organisers for documentation and publicity purposes. The list of participants will be made available to participants after the conference.
